My work is with leaders who are technically excellent and whose next promotion is blocked on something harder to name: the way they show up in a room, the way they handle senior stakeholders, the way they talk about their own work. My approach is evidence-based and direct. I care less about 'charisma' and more about the specific skills of executive communication.
