All sessions are booked through EXsessions. You see exactly what you're booking, when, and for how long.
Payment runs through the platform. Clients pay once, securely. Providers receive payouts to their connected account.
Pre- and post-session messaging happens through EXsessions. Personal email addresses and phone numbers are not disclosed between clients and professionals, so both sides can communicate clearly without exposing private contact details.
Both sides get booking confirmations, pre-session reminders, and a calendar invite that works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook.
Every page links to a support form monitored by a real person, so users and providers have a clear way to get help if something needs attention.
